The following method will install the latest Citrix client, and is therefore recommended: 1. It is not necessary for the end user to be a Windows administrator on their PC/laptop.

Administrators can follow these steps to install HCL Client Application Access (HCAA) on a Citrix XenApp server.

The Citrix Access Gateway is designed for users that do not have VA Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) – CAG is a good option to allow users access to general applications such as email and chat. The version of the XenApp client that is installed by the Citrix XenApp server for Account Ability is 11.2.   1. Download the HCAA 3.0 install kit.
  2. Log on to the Citrix server as the Administrator.
  3. Run the HCAA setup.exe in one of the following ways:
