Spanning Backup for Office 365 allows your organization to protect its critical Office 365 Mail, Calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint data. Specifically designed for Microsoft Office 365, Spanning makes backup effortless and recovery click-simple. The Office 365 product is actually a package of products sold on a monthly basis. In particular, these include Office Professional Plus, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Lync Online. The online part just means that you access these server products over the Internet.

• Office 365 is a solid product. Also, I am a huge fan of Azure AD. While Microsoft is clearly delivering best-of-breed solutions in many aspects, it’s disappointing that it’s such a chore to collect this data and then come to an understanding of what each of the myriad of licenses will or will not include.
• Microsoft 365 has all the familiar Office apps and more in one place. Work, learn, collaborate, connect, and create with Microsoft 365.
